99% of the time I love the relationships I’ve built and the deep connections I have. 1% of the time I feel so deeply for the people I love that it feels burdensome when things for multiple people are very heavy and the society I live in is falling apart around me

I know the world is falling apart but my hair dresser who I’ve been going to for years (at hair cuttery, we’re not fancy here) told me my ex husbands fiancé went to him by request at the suggestion of my ex husband who typically loves to pretend I don’t exist. That’s weird, right?

Listening to some old @xfdpodcast.bsky.social and got to the beef one today. The reason I’ve had in my head with zero evidence for not getting a kiss in the revival is one or both actors having agreed to do the show but on the condition they don’t kiss. To me that makes more sense than the writers

I hate flying. Really really hate it. And I went almost two decades without flying. And then 2025 came along and I flew visit parents in January, am flying to visit a friend in August then to visit my sister in August and for vacation in January 2026… what am I doing to myself!?

My dad is a rockstar and I don’t appreciate him enough. I was reflecting on last spring when I was freshly divorced, my ex was still living in my house and being a total a**, and I asked my parents if I could spend one weekend a month at their place to get out of my own sh*tty home.

I was at field day yesterday and was assigned to the “bucket pong” station. After explaining the rules to a 4th grade group a kid raises his hand and says “So this is just beer pong?” All I could say was “Yeah. Yes, we’re playing beer pong.”🤷♀️

Getting stitches hardly affected me. But I watched them take them out and I felt so nauseous, light headed, my hearing stopped working, and I nearly passed out🤦🏽♀️
