this is a great example of how the use of the word 'just' can be used to ludicrously try to reduce a gargantuan task simply by being there eg. i just want world peace
Want to know a secret about game design? 90% of it is just *writing things down*. And yeah, there's a bunch of other work involved in ideation and testing, but that stuff also requires writing stuff down. None of it is real until you write it down. #gamedev 🎲✂️

Yesterday the Sun produced this moderate-class #SolarFlare. Despite its smaller size, it was a long duration event, continuing for several hours and providing this hypnotic view of beautiful coronal rain (seen in yellow) and Supra-arcade Downflows (seen in cyan). Mesmerising!

emerged from two hours of rehearsing with stops and do-it-again and let's-try-this. makes a change from jam session style - which has it's place - no stopping keep going, even though no audience. PS all this very nice repurposed premises which used to be what used to be called a "public convenience"
