I'd like to remind Rep. Buddy Carter, R-Ga, that the Federal government takes vastly more from NYC than NYC gets in Federal spending. Talking about "spending money on NYC" is obscene, what they really mean is "not taking as much from NYC to spend on red state welfare".

This is your reminder that if Mike Johnson calls the House back into session they'd have to seat Rep Grijalva and she'd be the final vote to release the Epstein files on the committee meaning Johnson would have to openly vote to suppress them.

Mal Reynolds(Firefly) Frieren, Kaburo (Dungeon Meshi), all characters who aren't murderous and don't like killing but if they conclude that they do need to kill someone they do it without hesitation and with ruthless efficiency.
I don't know why, but that's a character type I really like.
