He's the single most effective President of my 50 years of life, as measured by how many of his objectives he's achieving.

But everything he wants is horrible and evil so I'm appalled and enraged by how successful he's been.

I'd also like to ask why anyone thinks any budget deal would survive Trump? He'll just refuse to spend the money on programs/places he hates, shuffle it around to fund his pet projects, and in general wipe his ass with the Constitution and write his own budget.
