He can't work without his car. He can't get my mom and my kid to their doctor's appointments or help me and my sister do the million runs and he's saving for it but it's gonna take months and his inspection is already overdue and now he's got a ticket on top of that.

My brother has the only car in our family and he is VERY obliging in doing our errands for and with us. His headlight blew on the way home and he got pulled over last night. His inspection is late because he needs repair work done and he's saving for it but shit is expensive.
