Leave comments on their work, even if it's just "I loved this!" Reblog them to help boost visibility. Tell friends about them. It helps SO MUCH.

Incidentally this is also why your boss and middle management tell you that discussing your salary is gauche and unprofessional, because if most of you learned about your salary gaps you might get mad as fuck at them. The only ones that benefit from decorum and professionalism are power brokers.
