What surprises me is that they found somebody willing to pay that much (though given how these things are financed, it’s not *really* US$5.83 billion)
Japanese giant SoftBank said Tuesday it has sold its entire stake in tech giant Nvidia for $5.83 billion.

lulz at the US Bluesky alleged leftists thinking US public servants should starve and stay unpaid to make some political point they can’t even articulate very well.

My mother just told me Prabowo was visiting Sydney like it was some kind of revelation and clearly her Indo news networks are not as on the ball as people on here like @erincook.bsky.social.

Looking at the Glasgow train network map for reasons and that’s a very dense heavy rail network for a relatively small area population wise (yes, I do have an understanding of the area’s context)

So is there a problem with Sydney Trains today or is the metro just ridiculously popular?

Seeing white people panic over being reminded that racism exists is a truly bizarre phenomenon.

Lucky two years till the next election for the Coalition (so it will be like 65-35 then)
#ResolvePM NSW (state) ALP 37 L-NP 28 Grn 10 IND 15* other 11

* generic IND option, inflated cf what would happen at election

My 2PP estimate 58.5 to ALP (-0.5)

I haven’t been paying close attention to the BBC and Trump drama but from the little I have seen, it seems the UK has finally turned into a proper vassal of the United States?

The only thing I have to say about Suharto being named a national hero of Indonesia is that his policies are likely a strong reason why my parents moved to Australia. I don’t mind his legacy being revisited - Indonesia has a habit of trying to put the bad parts of its history into a memory hole.
