NEW: One of Sean Combs’s lawyers filed a motion to withdraw as counsel overnight, raising attorney-client privilege and asserting in an affidavit that “under no circumstances can I continue to effectively serve as counsel for Sean Combs, consistent with the ABA Standards for Criminal Justice.”

For an order permitting Anthony L. Ricco, Esq. to withdraw as attorney of record in this case. 2. For such other and further relief as to this Court may seem just and proper.
