Musk/Thiel are actively dismantling democratic institutions, Vance is positioned to implement the transition, the public is too distracted to realize it, so democracy will be permanently replaced by a corp-run authoritarian state.

The strategy is to gut the govt by retiring all govt employees making govt incapable of operating, replace govt with private corporations, eliminate "obsolete" elections, use distraction/chaos to prevent public resistance, and Trump is the useful tool, disposed of as soon as they have control.
