The power of one million exploding nuns.
Have come across a nice clear pic of Works No.450 dispatched in August 1873 and very nifty for reference due to being near identical to its K class brother 'Barrow Docks No.3'.

As always if anyone is able to plug any of the gaps in the 0-6-0ST list it'll be most welcomed.

On a bit of a Wellsworth & Suddery No.4 candidates hunt at the moment. By chance does anyone know of a Fletcher Jennings / Lowca Engine Works Class J being built?
An example is described in the advertisement but the 0-6-0ST remains a void in my build list for the firm.

Some of the ex-GNR C12 tank locomotives were allocated to the Midland & Great Northern Joint Railway at some point in their life, so one of our graphic artists wondered what one would look like in the distinctive colours of the M&GN....

Always interested to find the source of misinformation & the July-December 1925 Vol of The Railway Magazine has the earliest entry I've now come across for Sharp Stewart taking 9 (3) of the tanks they built for the Cornish Minerals Railway back into ownership.

Bonus 'new' pics for the CMR research.

Alas we say goodbye to 2025, and the end of the 200th year of railways celebrations. Definitely one to remember I think.

Was hoping to have it more polished before the end of 2025 but for anyone curious what Neil & his Sodor & Mainland Railway brothers 'really' looked like or just interested in Neilson box tanks in general been overhauling an old post.
Feedback welcome & Happy New Year🎉

A Jimbo in time for Crimbo!

A project I've been doing for a while on and off (probably about a year and a half!)

Thread below, won't take up too much of your time. Don't post on here much anymore but I'll give it a go!

Edward waits for his Guard.
Using @smurfydan.bsky.social's scan of Wilbert's sketch for reference (from TTTE fandom wiki), I decided to make the station here more detailed by adding more to the scene to match the time period the story is set.

Say goodbye to the winter blues, as we have two new 'What If' liveries to add to our range.

We have decided to add No.49 Thistle in 'What-If' Blue to the upcoming OO Gauge LNER D40 range.

ALSO - The County is now available in 'What-If' BR Express Passenger Blue!

Farewell 👋

I thought I'd say goodbye to one of my favourite colourful trains.

The South West Railway's red Class 455 fleet has been in service for 42 years & will be replaced by new Arterio trains.

Here's one of my favourite photos taken at Wimbledon London tube station.

A set of six photographs from the production of series 4 recently came up on eBay, and I'm glad to say I was able to get them.

These are quite scratched at the edges, which would take weeks to fix, but are in otherwise great condition and colour corrected well. Enjoy!
