Fridays are the day I reflect back on my week and count the “wins” or progress made on my goals and intentions. This keeps me motivated when progress towards goals seems small or the times I lost my intention have taken over my brain. It highlights the forward movement I have every day.

Living with intention means I check in with my life everyday to see if the different areas are where I want to be. Are they moving in the right direction? What do I need to get done to reach my goals today? Who do I want to be today to embody my best self and create my best life?

I live my life with intent. I focus on doing things that will give me the life I want to have. Because of this I can truly say I am living my best life.

Every time I see this I try to repost with one comment. As a landlord renting property below “market rate” to keep it affordable, it is not all landlords. It is large corporate and hedge fund owners that cause this. As usual, corporate greed is why we can’t have nice things.
