We have a President so dumb that he doesn’t know what commuting a death sentence means, but then releases domestic terrorists that have vowed to kill minorities, Immigrants, and LGBTQ persons. He also obviously doesn’t care about the American Constitution.

Tonight, l have been informed that my friend and an awesome advocate for retired educators has passed away. Tom Wellman was always there when a retiree needed information or help. This will be a sadder world with out my friend. RIP, no more pain my friend no more pain

The Senate just passed H.R. 82 (The Social Security Fairness Act) 76-20. This was a tremendous team effort. We finally repealed GPO and WEP, the unfair penalties that denied retired educators, first responders, and other public service workers their full Social Security benefits.

WEP/GPO have been Repealed. Thank you to all that called, emailed, texted or wrote to legislators. This is a great victory for police, Firefighters, Educators and municipal employees. Thank you all
