The report on the #Titan sub implosion 2 year's ago says part of the problem was #OceanGate's "toxic work place environment which used firings of senior staff members and the looming threat of being fired to dissuade employees and contractors from expressing safety concerns".

The truly sickening thing about this list is that none of them have done anything for the good of mankind or the needy. One exception I’d make is Bill Gates (ranked 13th) who, through the Gates Foundation, has put something back #billionaires #selfish
