But unions move as a block, that’s what they’re for, they need to go first. If you don’t have a union MAYBE you can coordinate your workplace to do a wildcat strike. But you should be talking to your coworkers, absolutely NOT posting those plans on social media, where your boss can see it & fire you

Arias’s eyes widened in horror as he attempted to discern the level of sincerity from his new escort. The longer he stared at the rugged survivalist the more imperceptible Mason’s smirk became. After a long moment Mason slid the leather fox-shaped helmet over his head and motioned for Arias to follow him into the dense foliage. The pair trekked through the thick underbrush, weaving underneath snaking vines, stepping over enormous tangles of root systems, and wading through grass that came up to their chests. Insects buzzed and hummed, flying in chaotic hazes around their faces in an attempt to climb into mouths and noses. Overhead birds let out their bugles and complicated lilting songs filling the air with a cacophonous unharmonized chatter of indiscernible conversation. Gnarled trees with trunks wider than cars twisted into strange ominous shapes casting the surrounding area in a thick cover of shade. “So,” Mason said interrupting nature’s orchestra, “what are you guys gonna do with Stelian?” Arias lifted a dark brow, “I don’t know yet. It’s still an ongoing investigation.” Mason scoffed in exasperation, “fine, let me ask it a different way. What do you think should be done with him?”
