I’d worked food service, retail, customer service… but renting cars… oh boy.
I have felt at least 6 years of my ‘vital essence’ be sucked from me because of “customers” who are.:
- Willfully illiterate
- Entitled to a car
- Have no foresight
- Can’t plan
- Stupid

Improvement over the first game (which was awesome imo, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise). Solid game. Def go play it.
