It is perfectly legal to know your rights and to educate others about them, too.

EVERYONE in the United States, citizen or not, has rights. I will not allow this administration to intimidate us from helping you know about them.

Here’s our shareable guide ⬇️: (pt. 1/2)

In an update to the freeze, LE rangers appear safe but all others cut. That means parks will be partially closed and many people will lose their career. SHARE A MEMORY OF A PARK VISIT AND CALL YOUR SENATORS!

IDK this HR23 bill seems rather nefarious to me. Protecting Netanyahu from war crimes? If I didn't know any better, 45 wants protection too. ACLU urges a NO vote.

👇Read it for yourself and tell me what you see.👇

☎️ Passed in House. Call your US Senators, it takes five minutes.

This week my employer of 17 years English Heritage announced 200 jobs lost, and my Alma mater Cardiff Uni announced 400 jobs lost. The planning system that protects our heritage and provides thousands of archaeology jobs is at risk, and Higher Education is in free fall more generally #ThisIsFine

Trump's nominee to lead OMB, Russ Vought, submitted this response to the Senate Budget Committee when asked by Sen. Whitehouse about who won the 2020 election.

The Senate Budget Committee is currently scheduled to vote on whether to advance Vought's nomination on Thursday.

After the intense outcry from the American people, Trump has admitted his freeze on federal funding was a colossal mistake by rescinding the guidance—but the threat, chaos, & panic can't just be wiped away.

There's still a lot of work to do to ensure funds get where they belong.

Our government and institutions are in desperate need of more transparency and accountability, not less. Trump’s illegal firing of more than a dozen Inspectors General will allow government corruption and abuse to go uninhibited. Congress must act to ensure power is held accountable.

I once took a buyout of my federal job it was a force reduction, I took it to save a job of someone with less seniority. That was at a time when I could trust the government to follow through. I believe now that I would not trust trump. Bait and switch. Firing the head of the NLRB is a big clue.

There’s no buyout. It’s a deceptive email that attempts to trick people into thinking they’re getting a severance package but in reality it just allows the employee to work from home for 8 months while collecting a paycheck. Trump thinks the federal workforce is as stupid as the general public.

Question: If federal workers are now being "switched" to probationary workers, is this move to remove their due process when it comes time to fire?

If they reduce your duties and consolidate or move your job you are likely eligible for RIF benefits that greatly exceed what they are offering. If they move your job with you encumbering it, you may receive reduced locality rate affecting your current pay and high-3 for retirement.

I have read the email from OPM. It is not what has been reported. IT IS NOT A BUY OUT.

It is an exemption from the partially unenforceable return to the office EO until end of the Fiscal Year. You may have to work every single workday until the end of the FY. No guarantees. All discretionary.
