Sad to hear about Quentin Willson passing away. A proper motoring journalist who sidestepped all the snark and macho crap and saw straight through the anti-electrification propaganda too.

Can anyone recommend an air purifier? Bonfire season is literally killing me.
Hard to know which to buy since they should just be a fan and an hepa filter, but for some reason they all cost £50-£250.

I went on the bad site to check something.. and there are still people posting there. Accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers only getting one like or a single retweet. They say this site is quiet, but at least it's not a bunch of dopamine addicts trying to chase something long gone.

Always put in my everything to work. Literally slipped a disc during one of the busy periods of Fall Guys. Took about 6 months after being laid off to remember what being human without work felt like. Still feel adrift not having a permanent role over 2 years on
Being laid off feels especially hard when I remember how many times I put my job first before my own health, well-being, and family. When I worked weeknights until 11pm and on weekends to hit production quotas, during PTO, and filed three stories the day before it happened. There's a lot of grief.

I joked about it before but quite a few people have genuinely suggested I Youtube this stuff, but I'm not really sure there's an appetite for it. Especially since I'd be starting a new channel to avoid annoying people subscribed to me for video games.

I joked about it before but quite a few people have genuinely suggested I Youtube this stuff, but I'm not really sure there's an appetite for it. Especially since I'd be starting a new channel to avoid annoying people subscribed to me for video games.
Two of my London-based creative short project freelance clients have both been posting looking for gen AI people. Hopefully just feasibility tests to appease their corporate, but grim none-the-less.
