I am shocked to discover that the whole delay repay process for claiming back the costs of disrupted rail travel seems to be a scam designed to cause you to give up in frustration.
4 rejected claims so far for one incident because the circumstances don't fit their pre-defined selection options.

This is pretty fucking devious from Marriot Bonvoy - the unsubscribe link is miniscule and buried at the bottom of the email, and the options to actually unsubscribe are baffling. Which ones do you choose?

Going to NZ for the Easter holidays. Because it is such a long way, we are taking the kids out of school for 1 day (last day of term) to maximise the time in NZ.
