We all know tech debt 💸, and Ryan Craig will be showing us at #DDDAdelaide 2025 how to make tough calls on when to deliberately add it, or accept it (And not just pretend you didn't see it), and just as importantly, how to execute repayment plans so it does not haunt you forever 👻🛠️
