Serpentine thoughts as the Boa-like A30 loosens its constrictions for February and we can breathe for a few weeks, soon enough it will tighten its grip again and no-one will be able to move for the season. If not a boa constrictor then maybe snakes n ladders, I only came for a visit…

Just had a wild experience I'd like to share.

I tool the bike out for a while around the back roads of the Franklin district in Auckland to get some throttle therapy and fresh air. I was going at a decent, but legal pace, when I came upon a car stopped pretty much in the middle of the road 1/

Did you know that Oliver Cromwell banned work emails at Christmas, claiming they were a hangover from paganism? They were only brought back at the Restoration in 1660.
