But most of all the A30 reminds me of the lying serpent, tempting us to imagine that troubles and solutions come from Up Country. Cornwall has home-grown troubles enough, and where there are remedies the best of them may also be in our hands. There are safeguarding challenges enough in England,

2/ They are anonymous, we can no longer see their features, all we can see is that they are moving and bringing gifts to Christ. Anonymous, but their true identity is known, because it lies in Christ whom they approach.
