I didn’t sleep well last night. My head stuck in this awful loop of how crap things seem, and the people to blame for said crap feelings.
Realisation:
Crap feelings are all mine and noone else’s doing.
I’ve wasted my time in this loop when I could have been sleeping.
I’m desperate for coffee now.

My beautiful mummy passed away on Saturday, aged 91.
My heart hangs heavy with grief, and simultaneously, filled with love, for the most amazing, incredible, brilliant woman who shared 60 years with me.

My sister, partner and I spent a very relaxing time, visiting #korumburra and #loch. We really needed (and appreciated) the time out from our stress over the increasing care needs of elderly parents.
