Replacing Bovino with Homan will be no better than replacing typhus with anthrax. The first step in making ICE and CBP once again legitimate has to be replacing both with legitimate career professionals committed to respecting the 4th Amendment rights of ALL persons in the United States.

Reforming ICE may turn out to be impossible. But giving the House and Senate GOP a chance to make obvious and practical reforms a condition of continued ICE funding is a better political strategy, with defunding always a backup threat if they refuse to do it.

Lawrence O'Donnell showed video, including clear audio, that proves ICE forcibly stopped her from getting medical attention. Her murder wasn't just committed by the ICE agent who shot her. Every ICE agent at the scene should be indicted under Minnesota law as an accessory.
Renee Nicole Good was a 37-year-old mom, described by her mother as an extremely kind and compassionate person. She was shot and killed, for no reason, by an ICE agent. Other agents then refused to allow her medical attention, for 15 minutes. Every one of them killed her.
New video footage shows ICE agents blocking a doctor from checking on the Minneapolis woman who was shot.
