The thing that wasn't working right was the clip studio launcher because it involves a bunch of edge webview stuff but with the strategic use of *bottles* I've gotten everything working
Takes an era to actually launch CSP itself but once it's running so far everything works and I have all my assets

And I've managed to actually get further in my quest to get CSP running properly, it *mostly* works like it should!
