AI detectors are snake oil. None of them reliably works. And UK broadsheet are not yet using AI to write articles. No, that link to the deal you found doesn't prove it.

When I was a teenager, I thought about how silly game series were going to sound once they got to like, 20. Final Fantasy 22 just sounds weird. Kingdom Hearts 9 sounded odd to say.

As an adult, I wondered if half of my favorite series would ever get updated again.
