We are excited to share that ARRC has secured a $7.25 million grant from Ascendium Education Group to launch the Rural Talent Development & Attraction Lab over the next 4 years under the leadership of @drandrewk.bsky.social & in collaboration w/ @sheeoed.bsky.social.bsky.social and HCM Strategists.

• 67% of Americans now support same-sex marriage, up from 54% in 2014
• Democratic support has risen to 83%—an 18-point increase since 2014
• Half of Republicans (50%) now support same-sex marriage, a notable shift from 35% a decade ago
