It's actually quite a lot more than just 100k. I'm guessing whoever wrote the article, didn't check ALL of the categories in Clearsky for an acct's blocks. it's Blocked by 110,343 people from individual blocks and 549,462 users via lists. So currently over 650k people have it blocked somehow. 😂
