If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

I had a similar experience in HS: english teacher told me they loved that i refused to conform my creativity to "school standards" but she was like "please, for my sake, remember I have to read these" lol. also, it makes me so happy the teacher in this comic is basically my sona
as a neurodivergent & also weird kid school was hell for me, though these days I struggle to remember the names of all the teachers who bullied me. But the three that treated me like a person have never left me. Now more than ever, I hope you all try your best to stay unsquishable!
