I've spent the 1st 100 days observing the chaos with the understanding that unfortunately it will get worse because the majority of white folx STILL won't accept their ROLE in getting us here and their RESPONSIBILITY in developing a consistent, DEMONSTRATED antiracist practice as the ONLY way out
