What do Black women have in common with Wyoming’s entire working-age population?
About 343,000 people. That's everyone between 18 and 64 in the state of Wyoming. In just three months (between February and April 2025), the administration pushed 297,000 Black women out of their jobs...

I know no one is coming to save us; I'm not waiting for permission to defend what matters. I know something comes after this part, and we can't wait until it's "over" to name the future we want. We start building it now, in how we show up, what we refuse to accept, and who we refuse to abandon.

Trump pardoned Jason Galanis, a convicted fraudster that had been ordered to pay more than $80 million in restitution to those he defrauded. The pardon wiped out the restitution obligation. If you're falling for the fraud excuse, you're not watching the patterns.
This will devastate millions of families who rely on these services to survive.

Make no mistake: this has nothing to do with supposed "fraud" or any other excuse Trump whips up. This is about enacting revenge on states that stand up to him and his cruel agenda.

Creeped out by the Greenland fixation and the strength, force and power rhetoric? You are not alone. This is the same logic abusive partners use to justify control. The same insistence that their strength entitles them to override your boundaries (borders). Pay attention to the pattern.

Knowing where the landmines are doesn't get you across the field. Understanding what's broken doesn't fix it. Seeing your misalignment doesn't realign it.

Insight shows you the path. Action moves you down it.

You can accept the frame you unconsciously chose, built on your past experience, current mood, and hidden assumptions. Accept someone else’s frame which may not be what you need, fit your actual situation, or serve you at all. Or you can take control of the process. open.substack.com/pub/differse...

Most people feel discomfort and immediately try to resolve it, rationalize it, or distract themselves from it. The tension is trying to show you something. It’s pointing directly at the assumption that’s keeping you trapped.

This isn't about grammar. It's about how we construct reality through language. You need to ask: Who's missing from this sentence? Whose hand is being hidden? Because when the subject disappears, so does the accountability.

And that's how we end up solving the wrong problems.
