Something to keep in mind. While food pantries are needed, much of the food they provide is heavily processed and not very #healthy. When they provide #fresh #food, it is often stale and partly moldy. There are a few items in a #FoodPantry I could eat with my medical diet.

I live in a very red town, so I hear from MAGA folks. They say it's too bad we can't afford healthcare and food as a country. "Money doesn't grow on trees." They get real quiet when I mention the things frump an afford.
