I am feeling an increased possibility of this coming to pass amidst federal agencies stalling in regards to the Minneapolis murder.
They could avoid this by charging the guy but they propaganda machine is already set sail on fabricating self-defense despite evidence to the contrary.

Not sure how international treaties align with the constitution in the United States (or if this was ratified), but I believe if something similarly happened in Australia, other branches of executive would be obligated to intervene?

TIL about a memorial ceremony in Iceland in 2019 to mark the end of a glacier, changing the place name from Okjökull to Ok (jökull = glacier). Uncompromising wording on the bronze plaque:
"This is to acknowledge that we know what is happening and what needs to be done. Only you know if we did it".
