How is AI a person? How could that be half of the people on a planet when they aren't people? Are autonomous cars people?
While I haven't done annual updates on the "state of public NFL analytics" I still keep track of things and I think this is going to be the first year that no provider launched anything new or an enhancement? At least, haven't seen anything from anywhere.

Minor data gripe: PFF article mentions how subscribing to PFF+ gives you data and insights, but then they reference data that you can't even get from subscribing.
Highlighted some examples where you can't look this data up on PFF itself but they cite it in an article.

This is actually a funny point raised here: the Royals catchers are so good at preventing steals when they happen, it prevents them from having opportunities to throw out runners (and turn a hit/walk into an out) and thus, not add the value other teams have with lower rates!

No joke, Rich Hill is only 4 degrees of separation from Babe Ruth. Rich Hill -> Greg Maddux -> Goose Gossage -> Hank Sauer -> Billy Werber -> Babe Ruth
We have signed LHP Rich Hill to a minor league contract. He will report to Surprise and is expected to join Omaha (AAA) soon.

Basically the easiest way to know if a player is good or not is how quickly they get extended. Getting an 8-year extension 20 plate appearances into your career pretty much is star level talent.
The Red Sox have reached an eight-year, $60M deal with Kristian Campbell for 2025-32 that includes team options for 2033 and 2034.
