The saga is finally over. 74 emails, 174 days that I've been demanding my $20.31 refund from #Merchbar. Today they finally refunded me.
I reported them to BBB, left them a terrible review on TrustPilot, reported them to the FTC, got blocked on all social media, including on LinkedIn by the CEO.

I reported them to BBB, left them a terrible review on TrustPilot, reported them to the FTC, got blocked on all social media, including on LinkedIn by the CEO.

I work in email marketing so my alarm bells always go off, not around my birthday but when Black Friday is nigh. It’s amazing how forgotten you were for the last 11 months by many of these businesses.
The fun part about a birthday is all the “happy birthday (username)”emails reminding you to unsubscribe or report spam.

Check their BBB rating, it’s a 1/5. I’ve reported them myself but their rating is so tanked that they are completely unfazed by being reported. They will never give you your money. Merchbar is a SCAM.
Never order from Merchbar. I've literally just had to file a complaint against them to get a refund 💀 Not a good company. Do your research.
