Also this- I had to re-learn my controller actions for World of Final Fantasy earlier this year after not playing it since 2020

I haven't been to the gym regularly in a minute. Today was my first day back, and I saw both a wheelchair user getting his chest press on AND an elder, thin man with coiled muscles getting ready to do chest pulls.
After seeing those two, I thought to myself "I have no excuses."
