I'm starting to realize how much the burn yourself out mentality that is normalized at our school is actually really toxic, and shocking to mental health professionals.
It's hard to explain unless you live it.

I have only worked 2.5 hours thus far on my sick day, so I suppose that's an accomplishment 😂
I worked until 10:30 on my resume last night, and it's solid. I've calmed down enough to not rage quit, but I've made my decision for next year.
