Made a spicy shrimp ètouffèe for dinner. Served it over rice with lots of the delicious sauce and scallions. Comfort in a bowl.

Just finished the season finale of #ThePitt. As the wife of a career firefighter (captain and medic) & the mom of an EMT in medic school now….I’m undone. Brutal perfection. This show is unparalleled at showing the valor AND real trauma that can happen to emergency workers. A++++ (And I 🫶🏻 Dr King)

I went thru tubes and tubes of Clinique Black Honey when I was in highschool and college (early 90s). It makes me smile that my 19 year old just bought some and is oooohing and ahhing over it. Apparently it’s going viral and “in” again. 😂 It’s always been a great color!

At a quilt class today. It’s peaceful and cozy. I’m the youngest person here by at least 20 years. The women are so kind. And it feels calm + productive. Just what I need with the world in chaos.
