Performers need our bodies to be super healthy, and wind up drinking more water in cold weather. Add electrolytes to your water. Otherwise, you're just diluting the electrolytes you have. It causes cells to swell, disrupting normal bodily function, especially in the brain. #hyponatremia #VA #VO
