But you might be assuming the intent is to "steal" in any literal sense. There are many ways they can claim victory - and they will use every tool in the arsenal. We have to look at the big picture - they have planned for this for a long time.
A lot of folks seem to not understand how federal elections work. They are run by states and localities, and federal elections are on the same ballots as state elections.
