Hard to call what they're doing 'governing.' I do believe they think their primary responsibility is disrupting, dismantling, resetting. Consequences, and certainly the people effected, are irrelevant.
Ready Fire Aim is a lousy way to govern.

Since a growing number of DC attention whores and media blowhards have been characterizing federal govt workers as freeloaders, parasites, and ticks, not “deserving of their jobs or their paychecks” (quote from MTJ), how about if all federal workers just stay home for a week and see what happens.
