I have natural immunity from catching it in the hospital at 11 mo. old and later received the MMR. If this becomes a pandemic and these people get me infected again, I will lose my shit.

Actually, those people knew the consequences from the beginning. Don't be tricked into thinking they ever cared about lives in Gaza.
They never raised an eyebrow about Syria for 10 years, how humanitarian can they be?

Dear Canada and Mexico,
Please hold the line.

Mitch's only way to save face is to collude with Dems for a current impeachment charge.
It'd be tough to get the house to move forward, but if anyone could do it, it's a man with nothing left to lose
Worth noting that McConnell refusing to whip votes to convict Trump at his impeachment trial (or vote himself to convict) is *why* we’re now in a position where a trade war with our allies could happen. If McConnell is looking for the person at fault, he might want to consult a mirror.
Mitch McConnell: Tariffs "will drive the cost of everything up. In other words, it will be paid for by American consumers. I mean, why would you want to get in a fight with your allies over this?"

Did you know that a major portion of McDonalds french fries come from Idaho potatoes?
Did you also know that Idaho's senators are major MAGA movers? Mike Crapo is one of RFK's biggest supporters for his appointment, and Jim Risch is a supporter of DOGE and Elon?
Maybe McDonalds is off the menu...

The irony of people doing this fake virtue signaling (after an entire campaign rife with fainting spells over the cost of eggs), is that their political deity is famous for manufacturing his clothing outside the US and for failing to pay American contractors.

Donald promised this would only be a "day one" thing. Yet another broken promise.

I just figured it out...
The tariffs are just Trump hating immigrants. "If the country is so bad, they won't want to come here anymore!"

Aww man! I hate Idaho politicians more than Canada does!

Dammit, world... let it be known I'm personally sacrificing to support this decision. Because it's about to suck living here a lot more than it already does.

Actually, yes.
And if you see one single Hamas flag, or anyone trying to "black bloc" kick them out.
We don't need radicals diminishing the real progress that needs to be made.
Time for real protests.

Idgaf I’m still fighting for guaranteed healthcare.

Aspiration is the answer. Not just “we’re not the bad guys.”

We need something more meaningful than that. I want a future worth fighting for. They have no vision. We do. Lean into our strengths and knock them out. 👊🏽

TBH, with all the other scary things happening, I'm no longer concerned with egg prices, either.
I wish I was still concerned with egg prices
They no longer seem concerned about rising egg prices. What happened?

If you're a lib in a closed primary red state who registers as republican (so that your voice matters) you should also primary any republican that votes to confirm RFKj as well!

*When you go to bed too early, and for some reason can only sleep 5 hours.
WHY CAN I ONLY GET 8 HOURS IF IT'S IN THE PERFECT WINDOW OF 9P TO 5A?!
It's like my body is running mid-shift hours when it doesn't get a full-time schedule

I bought half a dozen eggs in Biden's America, and today is the last day of them being good (which makes them PERFECT for soft boiling) And as I enjoy my breakfast, I'm saddened by the fact that I likely won't be able to afford eggs for another 4 years.

RFK Jr is a depraved degenerate. Any Senator who supports his nomination to HHS is a traitor who wants to kill Americans.

Primary any Dem/indy who votes for this maniac. No exceptions.

Once upon a time, I was a young punk rocker who spent countless hours protesting the evil policies of the Bush/Cheney administration.
I'd give everything for Bush/Cheney to be my worst adversaries again.

I don't understand this framing. In what sense did the Trump tariffs "work"? Colombia was accepting (commercial) flights of deportees before Trump got into office, without issue. We're basically back to the status quo. apnews.com/article/trum...
Trump's tariff threat worked on Colombia, but his plans for Canada and Mexico carry higher stakes
President Donald Trump has already forced Colombia to accept deportees by threatening tariffs and is readying the same move against Canada and Mexico as soon as Saturday.

I'm in Idaho, so it isn't uncommon, but I saw a man wearing a high visibility "safety green" hoody and camo pants, on the side of the road.
I love it because I'm sure he didn't get the irony of his fashion choices. And if he did understand, he might deserve getting his legs run over

Trump has signed an executive order declassifying files regarding JFK, RFK, and MLK Jr.

Weird how he didn't include Epstein in that list.

A few short years ago, I'd have called this insane.
But now, it's so painfully clear that AOC is the best voice for the next generation of democrats.
I too would vote for her in a heartbeat.
No question in my mind that @aoc.bsky.social should be leading the Democrats. If she were a primary candidate for President I would vote for her in a heartbeat. Malpractice that she does not lead oversight.
