A common characteristic of concentration camps is that they're controlled by governments and leaders who simultaneously want to use them to terrorize targeted groups while also pretending that the people running them are decent people not harming anyone and acting only in the public interest.
It's also worth highlighting that despite his "I'm not mad" attitude, Bukele felt the need to give Mr. Abrego Garcia normal clothes and a hat to cover the shaved head that he got on being sent to CECOT.

Now let's make sure we get these men the due process they deserve.

Trump just posted a photo of himself holding up a piece of paper claiming to show tattoos on Kilmar Abrego Garcia that are related to MS-13. The paper he’s holding up has been digitally altered to add the characters MS-13.

The claim comes from neo-Nazis on X who say the tattoos cover up “MS-13.”
