When you grow in LA, you see a lot of car chases on tv. And it becomes fairly obvious that CHP and LAPD training never advises cops to try to get a person they want to arrest out of their car by rocking up to the driver’s side and trying to rip the door open. They go to extreme lengths to avoid it.
