'Concept Cat: teaching concepts on the Early Years' has landed. Concept Cat has gone down a storm already, and this new book make sit easier to implement. It provides a 'how to' guide for teaching 150 common concepts such as 'few, next to and cube.'

In schools who are implementing #oracy approaches, there is lots to offer children with #DevLangDis. Teachers are more aware of language so better identification of DLD. Also talk is explicitly taught. Structure helps those with DLD.

It took permanent exclusion and PRU placement for Abraz to get a a diagnosis of #DevLangDis before needs could be met in education. Subsequently he achieved top results at college, has a degree in social work and is the most inspirational guy!! 🙏🌟 Recognising #SLCN can be life changing #NAPLIC25
