This is a brilliant piece of reporting (as usual from @londoncentric.media) and once again shows that societal social media problems aren't with the u16s. The regulatory system in place won't do anything - fines should be per view per piece of content. Demonetise the algorithm.
Hate-filled fake videos about London are everywhere. We've obtained a recording of a TikToker confessing to secretly filming Londoners in their homes for clicks.

He says it's not political. He just wants to make money from far-right anger.

Read what he says: www.londoncentric.media/p/london-tik...

The dog has a new thing where he just starts going a bit weird at around 7pm. The other night he popped his head through a hole he'd chewed in his blanket and wandered around like a feral Jedi for about an hour.

Happy Heavenly Birthday to J Dilla 🍩🕊️

Here’s my 3.5 hour mixtape tribute to the GOAT! He taught us that imperfection could be perfect and swing lived between the notes.

Forever missed. Forever influential

The Aussie half-pipe snow boarder being subbed in to the Big Air final with an hour to go having never done it before - and still finishing 10th - wasn't even the most ridiculous part of that final. Absolutely brilliant fun.

i love european olympics opening ceremonies. the second the ioc names a european host city the prime minister calls the culture minister into their office and says "find me your strangest homosexuals. give each of them a period of our great nation's history, a kilo of cocaine, and Ten Million Euros"

And on that front, my Granddad said little about the war but he told my Dad what happened in Dresden was a war-crime and I will take the word of a decent man who was there over that of any armchair general, much the same as I will with Gaza.
5. Kurt Vonnegut - Slaughterhouse 5. When I read this as teenager I kind of vaguely knew my Granddad had been a prisoner of war, but I didn't know he'd been marched home through the ruins of Dresden back to the ruins of London. It hit a lot fucking harder this time round.

THIS

"Even 10 years ago could you have imagined that the global A-list of pop stars would include Korean and Nigerian acts or one singing almost solely in Spanish? Or that South African takes on house music and Punjabi trap would be established parts of the international sonic vocabulary? No."

There isn't a “depth and extent” of the relationship with Epstein that should ever have been tolerable and the equivocation by Labour MP after Labour MP is an insult to every victim.

Maybe not my favourite song with a long title but "I Love You, I'm Going to Blow Up Your School" by Mogwai is the best long title for a song (sadly "George Square Thatcher Death Party" is just too short).
Deleted a post about “what’s your least favorite song” because the vibes are bad enough already.

Instead: what’s your favorite song that has a long title, say at least 6 words long?

Mine: “Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town” (Pearl Jam)

- shout “78!” or similar
- look cast up on IMDb
