Almost! I did have to insist we stopped after three as otherwise we'd have done the lot in one go, which considering I've still not seen the Brutalist because it's three hours long says more about McKenzie Crook I think.

I'm looking forward to rewatching it and spotting all the little things I missed.

Well, Small Prophets is just about as perfect as it's possible to be. A warm-hearted little hug of a show. Almost wish we hadn't binged it so I could watch it for the first time all over again.

My physical health is a good example. I partially tore my ACL 20yrs ago and recently tore my meniscus - both needed surgery. Reason my knee is weak is flat feet and it's been giving me grief for over 40yrs. I will end up with arthritis and a knee replacement, but until then it just hurts sometimes.

First time I saw a GP about my mental health I was told to have fewer beer and curry nights with the lads. I didn't have beer and curry nights with the lads. But I was doing myself other damage partly because I was so depressed that inducing a cycle of highs and lows felt like the only way to cope.

That's appalling, I'm so sorry. I've heard many stories like this (including my own) but they're still shocking. I just hope that we're now seeing a change in attitudes even though it doesn't help erase what people have been through.

It is quite remarkable how online a bunch of MPs/pundits are but (outside of Reform outriders) they're not online where a bunch of the - mainly male, middle-aged and white - public is.

There's probably a Take On Me filter available now so can plug it through that and remain a cartoon forever?

Does Rye Lane count? Not your trad US/Richard Curtis rom com but romantic and funny.

That's unusual. I had to go with someone new for this one as it was short notice but they had enough to work with from last time that I think it was hard to go wrong.

The hair was the best bit, obvz. I would say Trumpers should sponsor me but I think there's a few slightly bigger names that sit in the same chair.

If anyone's ever wondered what I look when I'm talking about VR and mental health I'm in a short piece on Morning Live on BBC2 at 10am this morning.

The dog is weirdly fascinated by the figure skating, reacting to every whoop and cheer from the crowd as Malinin does ridiculous things on ice.

The Big Air stuff was incredible, a whole new angle on something that makes no physical sense from any view.

Thankfully not! Only time I was down this way back then was for an NYE at the Dome 98/99. I can quite easily believe it was worse.

SHERELLE makes brilliant music and does amazing things to make a scene that's accessible for as many people as possible.

First time I've accidentally got mixed up with the Brighton game public transport and it's up there with the worst managed football traffic I've been involved in. Sold out derby game with four carriage trains and no drivers. Chaos with three mins to kick off and some very angry fans.
