Petition to only ever refer to Hadley Freeman as a "Woody Allen activist" from now on.
then, the transphobes , feeling victorious at how many people they have made unhappy and despairing in the previous week, move on to anything else that has a spectrum and the possibility of more colours than they can conceive - such hateful people - they cannot understand anything that is not THEM

Usual 'appreciate this isn't LinkedIn' disclaimers and all that, but it's really exciting seeing this being picked up by the BBC, and hearing stories from people experiencing the benefits really does make work worthwhile.

My Mani charity print is still available. An unfortunate rule with my print sales (I’m very lucky to sell any at all) is that every print I make has a 2 day lifespan for sales. That’s how social media works but I’d love to raise a bit more money for Stockport NHS. ❤️

A few years ago decided to head to Bilbao to see Kraftwerk play the Guggenheim instead of their other dates, and then spent the whole day afterwards exploring the building and the impact it's made. It's one of the best weekends away I've had.

This is an absolute bargain. Volta and Time is a Succession of Such Shapes are both favourites from the last couple of years and there's others to dive into that I've not heard yet.

If you went back from now to 1991 (same difference between Hamburg and Backbeat) you could make a great series about Reinforced Records. Sound systems, pirate radio, 4hero, young scamp called Goldie knocking around and so on. And it would be more relevant to the kids listening to Radio 1 than this.

It's that time of the month, absolutely insane volume of music here as a large chunk of the releases are full albums... finessed dubstep, raw warehouse electro, the creme de la creme of South African elegance and aggro, certified bendy techno bangers and much more besides. Press play at the top!

Very interesting post on the economics of streaming from the Los Camp! team.

"If everyone who streamed All Hell on Spotify had done so using Tidal instead, we would have received an extra £31,847.38, which would double the amount we made from streaming of the album in this time period."
📈 Here's how much money Los Camp! make from streaming...

On the occasion of #SpotifyWrapped, we thought now would be a good time to share some cold, hard stats about how much money our band makes from streaming royalties.

Been v busy and wanted to post about the 10th anniversary of #DoctorWho - Heaven Sent when I read this article that Rachel shared. This episode screened a year after I lost Becky and I found it incredibly insightful about the nature of grief. So much so, I wrote to Steven Moffat about it (1/n)

Currently soundtracking my day with the playlist and finding all the stuff I've missed all year is an annual highlight.
