Santa Claus stuck on a beach tells a story to children about a girl and it cuts to a girl in an advertisement for a very dangerous looking real amusement park who then hallucinates a full play about thumbelina. Masterful. This is Cinema.

I must reiterate in my quest to collect physical anime and western cartoons as the internet collapses Blu-rays are preferable but not necessary. I have every single episode of Dragon Ball Dragon Ball Z Kai and Dragon Ball super on DVD and it's beautiful. Certainly better than any '90s kid remembers.

Got three episodes of Samurai Champloo and I think maybe four. Going to savor it and continue my breakneck marathon of Dragon Ball Z Kai! Majin Buu has appeared in human form at the World Martial arts tournament and he just beat the shit out of Videl. Boooooo!!!!

That's the patented TK booking that made me stop watching 2 years ago. I hope one day you'll all realize that glazing TK at every opportunity is what effectively stopped AEW from reaching true greatness.

What I think is we are experiencing a golden age of free ad supported streaming hopefully still the beginning and the death throes of premium streaming as something worth paying for given rapid price increases and fragmentation.
I also have a foreboding feeling that the internet is dying.

The greatest anime films of all time are published by a Shout! factory in the US. Some of funnest off the wall stuff is published by Sentai Filmworks. And all your favorite classic anime was probably published by Funimation and there's still plenty of New Old stock.

Recent information has confirmed my bias that FUNimation was not perfect not good but nevertheless better for actors and translators than Crunchyroll.
Think about this outside of Hidive and specialty services like RetroCrush all of which have a limited catalog Sony has built an effective monopoly.

Chipotle pulled Pork for tacos and such is delightful by the way. I've made it a couple times with shoulder roast and even though you can make it that way and it is decent it's clear to me that it's always better with a butt roast.
