I'm curious how this will play out for someone on an e-bike tour thru NJ from out of state . Or someone like me who fitted a touring bike with a kit that can be turned off.

I continue to be upset over how the e-bike panic is going to lead to ridiculous regulations that only limit the availability of e-bikes and the related gains in accessibility for so many people.
