Given that the Supreme Court likes pretending that the Congress does not exist, I think the Congress should act to remind it that not only does the Congress exist but that SCOTUS is its inferior.

Congressional investigations are likely the ONLY accountability this administration will face. Bondi won't arrest anyone. US officials can't be tried at the Hague. And even if we get a new AG in 2029, Trump is going to pardon everyone. These midterms are crucial for accountability.

The fact that a second strike like that in an armed conflict is definitely a war crime should not completely negate the fact that *there is no war* and ALL the strikes are cold-blooded murder. The whole chain of command are murderers.
