I would like to update all zero of you who know me or who care that I have indeed have had several days now that I have woken up and felt ready for the day and several showers that didn’t make me cry after.
I was completely unprepared for how much chronic illness and chronic pain will completely upend your life. I can’t remember the last time I was able to wake up and feel ready for the day. Or the last time I was able to take a shower w/o excruciating pain. It feels like I’ll never get my life back.

I am very fortunate to live in a city that is world renowned for its healthcare in that I rarely see behavior from doctors that I see people talking about online but if I go into my appointment next week and they don’t fucking cure me I’m going to start ruining some people’s Thursday’s.
