Entirely situational. Depends on three factors: familiarity, surroundings, and if he judges you worthy of politeness.
He *can* be very classy, but most of the time he is casual, and vastly prefers casual settings. If he finds you foolish or repulsive, he throws all sensitivity out the window.

I just go by rough age groups. If something really doesn't make sense to me, I'll change it, but mostly I leave it be
ex. the "retires at 20" thing is not a hard and fast rule for the Arcadion (pretty sure it isn't in canon either but yea.) Honey, DG, Vamp, and Tyrant in particular are all mid 20s+

I know it seems largely pointless and performative at this point to call, but I cannot emphasize enough how much of a major disruption that was. We couldn't even make phone calls internally during that because the static on the lines was so bad you just flat out couldn't hear each other.

Friendly reminder that Congress had enough phone calls coming in last February that it was actively causing the phone system to crash and they had to progressively work to upgrade it over several nights to ensure it could handle the call volume.
